The purpose of Fundraisers:
  • To provide money for the general fund. This account pays for buses, dinner during games, scholarships, uniforms, equipment, insurance, and other item necessary for operation not covered by the school.
  • To give students an opportunity to earn money for their accounts. This account is used to pay for the student's spring trip. Each student will need approximately $400-$500, depending on the location of the trip.
  • Normally profits from fund raisers are distributed as follows:
    5% to the Chairperson
    95% to the Student Account
    The Executive Board approves all distribution of funds.

    The fundraiser committee prior to the beginning of the school year will determine a schedule of fundraisers. It is the intent of this committee to make available continual opportunities for students to earn money throughout the year. Many students chose to earn "all" of their money at the beginning of the year. This is possible by participating in the Apple Pie/Dumpling Event, (our largest annual fundraiser).
